I had my tounge pierced for a few months about a year ago, had to take it out for a job, and now i want to get it re-done and im wondering if it is safe to do so. Thanks :)

i have had mine repierced 3 times. and no problems. although it does hurt a little bit more, because there is more scar tissue. i`d go for it [=

I don't see why it wouldn't be safe. It might be a little bit more painful than getting it pierced the first time if there is scar tissue, but it isn't going to cause any serious issue.

Shouldn't be a problem. Might hit some scar tissue that will make it a little more difficult to pierce but as for safety, you should be good.

Well was it safe the first time?
Go talk to a piercer about it. Their the pro's, not us here.

yuppers i know alot of frineds who had theres redone it jus may hurt now due to scar tissue

Its ok but only if you dont get it percied in the exzact same spot.
