Theft. The person used the card to aviod paying for services themselves. They got something for free, that they know they shouldn't have.

Unless Balleys specifically permits loaning the membership card, the person is guilty of 'theft of services.' I expect the person whose card was used will have their membership revoked and BOTH will be banned from Balleys.

most likely nothing but a picture on the wall saying this person is not a member. you could possibly be sued for theft of services.

you should use your own or you shouldn't do it at all, people don't like liars and cheats and so you will usually get caught and then the trouble starts.
