The easiest blueberry recipe is for Cobbler. It is simple :
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup blueberries (or any fruit without liquid)

Grease a small pan, sprinkle blueberries over the bottom. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over blueberries. Drizzle a bit of melted butter or margarine over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown. Yum ! Yum !

Have fun and Good Luck !

I have a really good (and easy) recipe for blueberries...

Buy a box of Jiffy cornbread muffin mix (or several if you have a lot of blueberries).
Make the corn muffins according to recipe.
In the bottom of a large muffin pan, layer 5 blueberries, then muffin mix, repeat layers two more times ending with muffin mix.
Bake according to package directions.
Serve warm sprinkled with powdered sugar. Tastes really good!

This isn't exactly a recipe but what about fresh fruit salad? I was at a wedding last night and they had a wonderful salad made with cantalope, red grapes, strawberry halves and blueberrys.

Besides, fresh berries always taste better then cooked!

This is an unbelievably good adaptation of a French recipe. It is very easy to make, can be made in advance and is swiftly devoured with people queuing up for seconds! Blueberry clafoutis! Has to be tasted to be believed! http://frenchfood.about.com/od/desserts/r/blueberryclafou.htm
