Vista blocks startup programs?

Question

Vista blocks some startup programs. Blocked program reported is System Configuration Utility. I surely can't remove or disable that one. What to do?

u can goto

run command and type in msconfig and startup tab, then enable the startup programs.

then restart the computer, i will ask weather it should run the program in the beginning say yes. thats it.
