sony dvd player wont load disk?

ok, i wont load the dvd. It says loading the whole time, and then it finally says it cant load the dvd.

take it in and get it cleaned and lubed.

Hi there.A bit more info.needed.
Can you open the disc tray
Can you put a disc in and press close
Does it close but won't start
Does it say "no disc"
Doe it close ,then open.

If you can let me know exactly what happens then i might have more info to work things out .

Is the problem something like this

Does it happen to all discs or just some of them?
