Christians.......are you aware of any 'other groups' who are against abortion? This could be other religions and/or your own friends and acquaintences. It is untrue that Christians are the only ones who are against abortion......but they seem to be the only ones taking the 'blame.' Interesting, isn't it?

i know many people i talk to are against it and dont go to church. they are like myself who believe there the once out there doing it they should take care of there child then. and there are many things i feel you can do that may or may not be abortion but some claim what about rape. well guess what you can go and take a pill that will stop that. or do things in the first month. not wait tell the baby is human. there has been many to claim well at 4 months the baby is not human yet. wrong. there are many cases were babies servided being aborted. as well as many cases were a child was born at 4 months and lived and are healthy just like anyone else. but again i have a lot of buddies that disagree with it. there also many things you can do if you want to be sexually active but not have a babie. however nothing is 100 percent but not having sex at all. even that is not true for God can have a plan like mary. however anyways there is depo, protection, tieing of tubes, and whatever else out there.

again the hard part also is that so many do it now just because they say it was a mistake and they did not want to get pregnant. it is not even for people who got raped as much anymore. it is very sad and i have a movie dvd set on creation vs evolution and it has about a 15 min part in it on this very thing. and it is amazing to see all the bodies of inocent children just dumped behind abortion clinics. again most were not because they were raped either that was the shocker for me but because they were not ready. well dont have sex if you are not ready. plain and simple. we should think about that stuff before we do sexual things that might lead to getting pregnant. or getting someone pregnant.

I answered this in the other section but copied my answer again here.
Interestingly enough, Muslims are opposed to abortions but only the abortions of babies who would otherwise be born to Muslim women. This is particularly significant in light of the current demographic change in Europe. Whereas Europeans have wholeheartedly embraced abortion and contraception and have a dramatically declining population of their own native peoples, the Muslim immigrants who have sought refuge in Europe, and benefit from the many government programs, also have much larger families. I don't resent the Muslims for this; I fault the self-interested, eternal -youth seeking, hopeless native Europeans.
In the U.S.A., the support for Life has grown since Roe vs. Wade; more people have even changed their minds about it dramatically. Most notably, Norma Macorvey , who was the "Jane Roe" of Roe vs. Wade, has become completely pro-life. I had the chance to meet her -a lovely soul!!
Human beings (and women esp.) have to come to see how people are used and misled by abortion proponents. I was blown away to learn that abortion was originally pushed as a form of ethnic population control. Even now I think there is a lot more of that then people admit. It's terrible!! May He watch over and guide us all!!

Blame? I consider it an honor to stand up for truth. Abortion is legalized murder of innocent babies. Those women that have them for no other reason than to free themselves of the responsibility of raising a child that they do not want deserve all the heartache and pain that their memory can give them later in life. When they are ready for a child, I would pray that God close their womb, and deny them the life that they denied the aborted child. Legalized murder, plain and simple. Do not give me that BS about incest, rape, mother's life in danger, etc. Less that 5% of all abortions are done to save the life of the person having the abortion. The only life that most are interested in saving is their party life.

It is getting where Christians, as a whole are the only ones that seem to have any morals, or at least display them. Years ago, even non-Christians had morals, and displayed. Maybe it is because society has become an apathetic, feel good, Me type of society. It is ME and who cares about anyone else. This is lack of love. Jesus said we (Christians) would be hated, because He was hated first. And we know Jesus is love.

Anyone who respects the sanctity of life is against abortion...even the women who have had abortions hate it.

Pantheists and against abortion. Also against the government making laws against or for it.

We don't give our pets abortions so why don't we share that same respect for our own? You have your chance when you had sex.

FACT: 2/3 of Americans are PRO-Choice.

FACT: 83% of Americans *profess* Christianity.

THUS: **MOST** Christians are PRO-Choice.

FACT: The vast majority of loathsome ANTI-Choice bigots who support a hateful agenda that seeks to FORCE full gestation upon millions of women having UNwanted pregnancies (against their will -- a very real, 9-month-long form of **rape**) are the loathsome sociopaths who comprise the RRR Cult -- the "Religious" Radical Right. And the RRR Cult is comprised of mostly PSEUDO-Christian losers who should **never** be confused with actual Christions. They dishonestly *profess* Christianity, but comprise only a mere 6% of all Americans who do so.

(FORTUNATEY, the RRR Cult barely even **exists** OUTside of the USA! It is an *American* infestation.).

ACTUAL, practicing Christians are your UNobtrusive, UNbigoted, sensible, mostly intelligent and tolerant next-door neigbors. We should NEVER be confused with the hateful and ignorant RRR Cult pretenders to Christianity -- who do not even REMOTELY represent us.

They are the **antithesis** of everything Jesus stood for.

The abortion issue is nothing to do with religion. It is a moral issue.
