I must say, there are some days I don't even want to run, which are due to just being lazy, but I run anyway.

Then there are days to where I want to run and don't put a second thought to it.

So my question is, are you one of those people who loves running sometimes and other times don't like it, or do you like running all the time or just plain hate it.

Well I hate running at practice because you don't have that motivation like you do in a meet. But when a meet comes I don't even think how much I have to run. I just do it and try to beat as many people as I can.

I try to enjoy running every time, because I know any time I've been injured and couldn't run I tell myself not to take running for granted.

That said, there are still some days I just don't feel like going out. But as long as you're not on a strict training schedule, there's no problem with just taking the run easy if you're not in the mood for it. Just get out there, and maybe your mood will change.

I've been running all my life
I grew up around it, and still I have those kinds of days where I just really don't feel like running
Yet for some reason, after I run, I almost always feel better. That's really important to remember when you're feeling lazy. If you know it'll make you feel good, why not go for it?

im pretty sure everyone feels that way sometimes. on the days when you dont really wanna do it .. you just gotta push through it or else your overall performance will suffer.
but yeah i hate running sometimes .. just think of somehting to keep you going or someone you want to be better than and use it as motivation.. thats what i try to do.

Just about everyone I know feels this way. Sometimes, it's just hard to put on the running shoes. The toughest step is the one out the door. Usually, though, I feel better once I get going.
