I'm not a Dr. but I have sciatica which causes my toes to tingle. It is a pinched nerve in the lower back that sends the sensation down your leg. Rest and exercise will help. I know that sounds contradictory but if you rest too much you can actually make it worse. Try to walk for 10-15 minutes several times during the day. That's what the Dr's have told me to do. I hope this helps. By the way, are you diabetic? If you are, get to your Dr. fast.
Good luck :)

I'd guess you pinched a nerve. Were the heels particularly tight or new. Avoid getting heels that are too tight. If they were not too tight but just new, you should try and break them in prior to wearing them for a long period of time. If you stay off heels for a while, I'd suspect that the tingling sensation should go away. If it doesn't after about a week or so, or get worse, go see a doctor.

I have the same thing at times but my tingling sensation stems back to the time I broke all three of my toes at the base. My doctor told me that a nerve gets pinched and then I get the numb feeling. There was nothing the doctor could do for me and eventually the numb feeling goes away. I would go to the doctor and get it checked out to make sure it isnt anything serious.

It happens to me too. Except it goes away. Does yours go away? If so, then its just means that your foots not getting any activity. The doctors refer it to sleepy foot, something like that. Errr, and i guess it could happen to the toe too. If not, theres always a doctor you can visit, they won't bite :P

Is it falling asleep? Try moving it around! They also make special socks for circulatory problems. Try massaging it. Feel better!
