Fast? Easy? You mean Moonshine, right? Wine isn't easy to make. That's why people have been doing it for centuries and still haven't mastered it (except for the French, lol).

The fastest wines I know of consist of a kit with the juice needed for a particular wine and all the other ingredients needed as well as very explicit instructions. Of course you need the fermenting tanks, siphons, carboy etc.

The kits produce good wine in as little as 28 days. If you want homemade sweet wine, you looking for a longer period of time, probably closer to 8 weeks. It will be good and can be made with half gallon bottles of juice from a Walmart.

Good tasting wine is really up to the taster. If you like sweet wine like Mogan David or Manieschewitz. You will need lots of sugar since all wine is initially dry when done fermenting.

Having the place to make it is important also since it is temperature sensitive. Try eckraus.com or Bier Haus International.

Well...

First my I suggest look up a local home beer & wine shop. They will have all you need.

Either of the fruits need to be crushed. You can walk on them (reallly old world method) where they will be squishy between your toes. Or get a grape press (again from the supply store).

You will want to measure the sugar concentration (brix) & adjust if needed.
You will then add a wine yeast. After a few weeks you will transfer this leaving the skins and bulk of yeast behind. Here it will settle further.
You may want to filter it before you bottle.

This is a simplfied discription and you may be better off by purchasing a book on home wine making. good luck, enjoy.
