I'm 18 and 5'5 and weigh 98 lbs. I have always been underweight my whole life and never got over 105. I normally eat 2 meals a day lunch and dinner. But I did notice that I was eating less every week. I know that I'm underweight. Others have told me to work out, so I will try that. So how can I well.......eat? more? What do you suggest?

What are you eating and how much. I know a few people with similar complaints and they all have one thing in common, they are very picky eaters. If this is you the first step is to widden your diet. The next step is to increase your frequency of meals. Start eating breakfast, especially if you are going to start working out, your body will need the energy and nutrients to grow. Get it in your head to eat just a litte bit more. Good luck!

You maybe be one of the lucky few who have a naturally high metabolism. If that's the case, there's nothing you can do. I wouldn't recommend eating and eating and eating trying to gain weight because even if you're underweight or normal weight, you could still develop high cholesterol, etc. Binging is not healthy no matter what you're weight is. You should go to your doctor and get checked out. If he/she says you're healthy, then enjoy it. Some people are just naturally small. You're not anorexic unless you're trying to lose weight and think you're fat even though you're underweight.

Do you wanna be BUFF or just BIGGER?

Buff: Work out at the gym. Not sure about treadmill running. Lifting weights and similar 'manly' workouts would be best.

Bigger: As in weigh more? Eat junk food. I would suggest McDonald's, but I don't want to see you on TV, 600 lbs. or something. Eat something unhealthy once in a while. Not all the time. Simply in moderation. Try not to get addicted.
