like it says a show is going to come out at 7 it comes at 4 instead of 7

you are getting the east coast fee. but there is also a west coast rebroadcast.

some channels are on east coast feed and some on west coast feed. If you are in New York or Los Angeles you can turn on say comedy central for example and it should be the same channel and the same show at that time. Most of the time. My local channels have some shows on at east coast time and another is the same as someone with cable.
I like it because then I can watch the awards shows live most of them anyway.
As for saying it is 7 on the info or guide channel and it being at 4pm Im not sure call tech support or sign off your system and turn it back on and see if it resets.
