Yes and No.
Yes He is God THE One. The Eternal sought by all. There are none to compare with him. He is not begotten.
But, he begot his son Jesus. The perfect sacrifice that washes away all sin. Belief in his son gains you forgiveness of sin and cleanses you from all unrighteousness.
I do believe Muslims like the Jews worship the same God. But, they have missed the boat so to say and have fallen from the path. Jews have stayed in the old ways and missed the Messiah and the Muslims have missed out every since their creation. Ishmael corrupted what his father taught him since his father abandoned him and his mother.

I'm not sure what your question is. I believe that God sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ to Earth to deliver us from sin. Jesus is mentioned in the Koran as a prophet.
God Bless!

Let see in the Holy Koran says that Jesus was playing with clay and made a dove of clay and the blew into the nastrols and became a real dove and then it flew away, but also says that Allah did the same with Adam, Isn't it similar? And about begel, nor begotten in one of the suras says that the angel (Gabriel) implanted the seed (Ruh) of Allah inside the womb of Mary. It might seem incredible but let us read ibn Kathir 's interpretation of verse 66:12.
(And Maryam, the daughter of `Imran who guarded her chastity (private part).) meaning, who protected and purified her honor, by being chaste and free of immorality,
[ÙÙÙÙÙÙØ®ÙÙÙا ÙÙÙÙÙ Ù
Ù٠رÙÙÙØÙÙÙا]
(And We breathed into it (private part) through Our Ruh,) meaning, through the angel Jibril. Allah sent the angel Jibril to Maryam, and he came to her in the shape of a man in every respect. Allah commanded him to blow into a gap of her garment and that breath went into her womb through her private part; this is how `Isa(Jesus) was conceived. This is why Allah said here,
[ÙÙÙÙÙÙØ®ÙÙÙا ÙÙÙÙÙ Ù
Ù٠رÙÙÙØÙÙÙا ÙÙصÙدÙÙÙÙت٠بÙÙÙÙÙÙ
ÙÙت٠رÙبÙÙÙÙا ÙÙÙÙتÙبÙÙÙ]
(And We breathed into it through Our Ruh, and she testified to the truth of her Lords Kalimat, and His Kutub,) meaning His decree and His legislation.
[ÙÙÙÙاÙÙت٠Ù
ÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙÙتÙÙÙÙ]
Even ibn Kathir admits that Jesus carried Allah's seed (sperm or Ruh?). So why Islam must reject the Christians' assertion that Jesus was, after all, the son of Allah (or God)? Seems the Christians are correct in asserting Jesus is the son of Allah.
