My mom and fiance have gone round and round about what colors to use. I know for sure we are having pink and cream roses so what type of dress color would look the best? i thought about a mint green of some sort. Does that match? Our first choice was latte and mocha but we have decied that is too dark for a June wedding. Yellow is out also.

Mint green would be perfect. My cousin is getting married and she is having pink flowers with green dresses. Good luck!

Actually, I like the idea of mocha or bronze and I don't think it's too dark in June at all, even if it's a day wedding. Pink and cream roses are limiting so you'll have to have the florist use ribbons to pick up the colors of the dress. The color mint is outdated plus pink and cream with mint will look dull and blahhh. You dont' want to pay alot of money for blahh! Mocha, latte, or bronze are hot colors.

Sure, mint green would be fine.

Other colors to consider: turquoise or aqua (not a pure pale blue or it will look more like a baby shower!), lilac or lavendar, deeper or paler pink, some shades of orange, khaki, moss green. I know you said no yellow, but unless you just plain hate the color, don't rule it out. A soft, creamy shade would be lovely with pink and cream roses.

On the other hand, if you really dislike yellow, then don't do it.

There are lots of possibilities. You might want to look at a variety of swatches of fabric or paint chips together to give you a better idea of which combinations you like best.

Mint green would be lovely with pink and cream roses. Do some online searching and get an idea of what you would like to have for the wedding. This is your day and I wish you all the best for the future.

the mint green is nice..a little over done, but do-able. skip the blue, otherwise it looks too much like a baby shower and you don't know the sex of the baby. go to theknot.com and they have a chart thing that helps in this sorta thing. latte or mocha is cute w/ pink and cream, just not both for a june wedding. how about orange? do a bold tangerine though, otherwise you'll look like a creamsicle. skip the lavender..too high school prom. go to home depot or something like that and browse the paint color samples...this helps a TON! good luck!

pink cream and mint are nice together. maybe put some darker greenery in there to make it all pop!
i agree that browns would be too dark... but if you go with a light latte color and don't use too much of it you might be alright.
just stay on the alot of milk in it side of the coffee family lol
how about a salmony color with the pink and cream...
not sure if you have seen the roses they have that are pinker twds the bud and more salmon towards the edges... that would add another nice pop of color.

the mint green used as baby breath and fill would be great with your pink and cream roses. It adds just the right amount of other color to bring out the pink. Best Wishes.

Your wedding color should be your favorite color. But you can use whatever color you think will be nice. Mint green sounds good. Im having a soft yellow color, yellow is not my favorite color but i love the dress in that color. i also don't like pink but there is also this beautiful dress that comes in pink i wouldn't mind my bridesmaids wearing. you should go dress shopping and see how the dresses look in certain color. Thats how i picked out my wedding colors. remember times have change. you don't have to do the tradition things anymore, its all about what you want.

I would include an orange color, such as peach or a darker color like tangerine. Pink & orange look great together. Plus i think it kind of balances things & keeps it from being too girly with using pink, and your groom might appreciate that!

Mint green would be very pretty with pink and cream. Could also add a touch of lilac.
