Such ignorance. All that's going to do is deplete your body and cause you to lose muscle. Doing the whole starvation/low calorie/low fat thing is so dumb. Look up basic biology as to do with glucose/fat storage. Stop eating carbs, THAT'S a good plan.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

you have to eat regularly - healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours (5-6 small meals a day) - only this way you can lose fat -your body will get calories when it needs them and not have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
unhealthy snack after dinner is a bad idea- if you need it have it at midmorning.
to lose fat you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min) and do light weight training 2-3 days a week - never work on the same muscle group two days in a row.
if you are losing more than 1-2lbs a week its not fat you are losing but only water weight and muscle which means you are slowing down your metabolism and will gain it all back.

It's pretty good. But I would suggest intaking about 1300-1500 calories each day, exercise every other day, and eat 5-6 small meals a day (this will speed up your metabolism). However, you won't be able to lose 15 pounds in one month if you're 130 pounds now.
Read a bunch of different articles to get tips on how to lose weight fast but lose it safely.

Sounds great to me..Try to buy veggies and fruits that are in season....they will be healthier..find a local farmer's market and look over what they have...Motivates you to eat well...Make sure you eat only lean meat, fish and chicken, include some whole grains in the form of cereal or bread,,eat a little dairy to make your food more interesting..a little butter spray on veggies,,,grated cheese on salad,,,don't eat fried food of any type..
a nice treat is natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread,, a whole wheat, English muffin, half with tomato sauce, topped with grated Parasean cheese and broiled is good..
