this is what i ate today do you think i can gain any weight from this over time, will i get fat from this day
Breakfast
1 pure protein bar and 2 scoops of body forress protein shake with water( i'd normally eat something like 3 bowls of cream of wheat with milk and sugar and1 scoop of body fortress protein shake, but went to church early)
Lunch
1 cup of pinto beans, rice, and 1 whole wheat tortilla
Snack
2 4oz yougurts
Dinner
2 turkey burgers with buns, and cheese, and ketchup.

I'm sorry, I misunderstood and thought you were trying to LOSE weight. Okay, now I'm clear.

Don't mix a protein bar with a protein shake at the same time. It overloads your kidneys to process all that protein.

I think you need more dairy (low-fat milk and cheeses) and you need to add big time veggies and fruits. Where's your lettuce & tomato on your burger and in your lunch taco? Your snack is pretty slim, too. I like your regular morning breakfast.

Remember that when you exercise a lot, muscle weighs more than fat, so that when your muscles get built up, you will automatically weigh more.

You will not get fat from this diet, because there is almost no fat. You may get sick, though, because you need some fat in your diet, and you've eliminated it entirely.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

no u need this...
breakfast: buscuit..sausage egg and cheese
lunch: mcdonalds double cheese burger and fries and a huge sweet tea
dinner: macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers and honey mustard...

thats what i ate to get me fat...

don't plan certain meals, just eat the largest number of calories you can and do it at every meal. Don't eat any low-fat or low-calorie foods, etc.

That is pretty good, but add another big snack after dinner.
