ALL homes, no matter how clean, have dust mites. All you can really do is control the level of them in your home by maintaining cleanliness. Also, a rash from dust mites is rare which is probably why you can't find any photos of the rash. Most of the symptoms from dust mites are related to allergies. For more info, please go here:

So, if you have a rash and have not been medically diagnosed as having a dust mite related rash, I suggest you see a dermatologist to get a diagnosis. Your rash may have nothing at all to do with dust mites.
