Anyone who talks about missing links doesn't know anything about evolution. Learn about the theory of evolution before posting stuff like this. No matter how many fossils you find, there are ALWAYS going to be "missing links." The only possible way to have no missing links is to find every single descendant of a million-year-old fossil.
And where do you get your information that scientists don't believe it? That's false. Did you just make that up on the spot, or did you hear that from your preacher? There are hundreds of thousands of geologists, biologists, and anthropologists all over the world with doctorates in science who accept the theory of evolution as fact. Pretty much the only people left in the world who don't accept it are a group of American fundamentalist Christians.

You're wrong about the fossil record. There is no such thing as "a missing link". It's a meaningless concept. There are however transitional fossils that clearly show the path of development of humans. For example there are perhaps 20 or more hominids (not all of them our ancestors) filling the gap between Lucy, an Australopithecus, and modern humans.

FYI: Human beings are biologically classified AS apes, by the Linnaeus classification system. The scientists DO believe it - you've been listening to religious propaganda. Check the American Academy for the Advancement of Science website and you will find out that you have been lied to. And to say that a "few ignorant ones" believe it is the epitome of arrogance, because a few of those "ignorant ones" have won the Nobel Prize for Science - where is your Nobel Prize? What are your scientific credentials? I'm guessing you don't have any. Drink.
You also might want to consider looking up the First Council of Nicea in 325 A.D., where it was "decided" that Jesus was actually god - before that he was honored as a prophet, but NEVER worshipped as a god. Your religion is based on a distortion of history.

Evolution proves itself, you Creationists just shift the goal-posts, always demanding a FURTHER answer once we've answered you. Here is a graphical history of the doubt Creationists try to attach to "missing links":
X --------------------- ? -------------------- Y
X ---------?---------- W -------?---------- Y
X ---?----Z----?----- W ---?---V---?---- Y
Creationists, never satisfied. But casting doubt on the very finest points of evolutionary facts is no proof of the Creationist story as a whole. It HAS no proof, it is back to the beginning, and no NEW knowledge comes from it that can be used by human beings. I don't want to say that technology is the only virtue of a scientific field, but if no new knowledge comes out of a field and no invention spins off that will increase human comfort, you have to wonder about that "science".
If Creationism is so real, why haven't "creation powers" been developed by man and exploited? How come we don't have Create-o-wave ovens to make loaves and fishes out of nothing, to help feed the hungry multitudes of the world? Who could misuse such technology, what would be the "abuse" if no one went hungry?? Hmmm?

I really hate to call people stupid, you should do a a little homework, before starting a debate otherwise you come off looking stupid. Fossil evidence shows that the common ancestor of the primate family was a primitive lemur, the various mutations of this lemur turned into apes, monkeys, more advanced lemurs, and man.

What about the missing link in Christianity? The lack of proof that the Bible is actually the word of God. Christianity still relies on faith to prove it's "truth".

cmtmg201 or in spite of - while you're american it quite is the main hypocritical factor I even have ever heard! (study...) and the question is stupid. there is already evidence that there is a lacking link in evolution! you phrased your witty little question extraordinarily. all human beings already knows there's a lacking link. you may desire to have stated iran unearths the lacking link. i will in basic terms snicker at you. and there is evidence for something of evolution too, a f*ckload extra effective than there is extra creationism

Why do some people insist on spewing out the same, old, ignorant cliches? The fact of the matter is there have been skeletons found that show both human and simian traits. Have you even attempted to read up on this? You rather believe in a fairytale? That's fine. But DON'T come here and put your ignorance on display while attempting to challenge fact with fiction.

Our ape-like predecessors kept their stout figures for 2 million years because having short legs ironically gave them the upper hand in male-to-male combat for access to mates, finds a new study.
Early hominins in the genus Australopithecus, which lived from 4 million to 2 million years ago, are considered immediate predecessors of the human genus Homo, and had heights of around 3 feet 9 inches for females and 4 feet 6 inches for males.
Until now, the squat physiques of australopiths and other human predecessors were considered an adaptation for climbing in tree canopies.

Apes and humans have a common ancestor. There is a lot of fossil evidence for this. Where is the evidence for the Bible? (HINT: The Bible cannot claim itself as it's own authority.)
