my boyfriend got his nose pushed into a fan by his friend his friend says it was an accident and i told my mom and she said she had ocean front property in arizona and that confused me i wanted to know what she meant help me out please

Arizona is land locked and has no coastline. It means someone is a fool/idiot/gullible etc. to believe what was just said. The saying your mother was thinking of is. "If you believe that,I got some oceanfront property in Arizona." it is like someone saying they will sell you the Brooklyn Bridge or the Golden Gate Bridge.
As for what your mother meant,I dont think she believes the account of what happened to your bf.

After Cali Has the BIG QUAKE AND SLIDES IN TO THE PACIFIC,Then ARIZON WILL HAVE BEACH FRONT PROPERTY. Then Again it is A JOKE! HAHAHAHA,Like when your at the Doctors office and he says bend over and you say I dont feel right about this DOC! That sounds like what they did say a long time ago. It was that there would be a big earth quake and all of California would fall in the ocean.
