How can I fill all three housis with Gas , Water , Electric And not cross any lines

I think you are referring to the classic problem where you have 2 rows, each with three boxes.

In the top row each box represents a house.
In the bottom row one box represents a electricity provider, one represents a gas provider and the other a water provider.

YOu have to connect each of the bottom boxes to all 3 of the top boxes, without crossing any lines.

I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but it's impossible, at least on a 2-dimensional plane

This is an old problem, and impossible to do on a plane.

However, it is possible to draw the lines on a torus (doughnut surface).

Here is my guess.
gas across the front
water across the back
power over the tops
Is this inside the rules?
