Yes, this is what has worked for me. I work my chest 1 to 2 times a week never more than that. I started by doing dumbbell bench press followed by dumbbell incline bench press, then dumbbell decline bench press and lastly flys. Do 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps each. Do fairly heavy weights on the bench presses and lighter on the flys. Do this for a month 1 to 2 times a week. Then change it up and do bench press super set with flys, then do incline bench press super set with incline flys, then decline bench superset with decline flys and finnish up with cable cross over flys for another month. Continue working your chest till you get the results you want. This will build up the muscles underneath your boobs making them feel firmer and tighter.

Breast tissue is fat, not muscle. You can't firm the tissue.
You can tighten the skin around the breasts by exercising regularly and staying hydrated, and you can lose weight.
Other than that, use good support in a bra, a sports bra, or scaffolding.

Well ive heard that if you put your hands together in front of you like your praying, they should be level with your chest and push your hands together as hard as possible, your supposed to do that 30 times each day.

push ups or anything that will work your pectorals.
Nothing can actually firm your breasts, these will only firm the muscles underneath your breasts for them to appear slightly firmer/larger.
