This is a straight forward question! For women, there is a web site called (something like) SugarDaddy.com. Maybe do a similar search for men seeking women.
You can google just about anything. Look into some different mail order bride stuff for "wealthy women."
With wealth, comes education in many cases, and won't fall for your crap. But on the bright side, some are so wealthy they don't get out much in public to meet 'regular' kinds of people.
