I love beating my meat, it's so much better that way. White sauce and beating your meat is heaven.

I have to use a tool that tenderizes the meat, and then its ready for the marinade. It will cook more evenly that way. If your gathering is a nice dinner party, you will be glad you prepared the meal correctly.
