if there is anyone who knows this answer we would like to bring her body back to the united states to bury her here

Sorry about your loss but i doubt it. The most I know they don't have a problem with was if she was cremated and you had her ashes. You will need to obtain a permit for that but that is the only time I know there was not an issue

So sorry to hear about your loss, i know how it feels to lose a sister. I think cremation would be the easiest thing for you. Check google for more info or talk to a local funeral director to see how this things go. i am sure a funeral home would know how to do this things. Take care...

No, why would the US want a non-citizen's body to be buried here.
