Most places these days if it a place that is decent will require a drug test. At a hospital? Yes you will be taking a drug test because of the availability of drugs there.

Usually they have you take a drug test BEFORE they hire you - but yes, if you are employed in the health care field of any type you will be tested for drug usage - most likely a urine test - remembe they and in some cases alcohol - can remain in your system detectable for up to 5 days or more.
If you are working as a grounds keeper, or janitorial type job there is a possibility they may not test you for drugs during your physical, and only looking for good health - you will probably have to take a TB test also. I have heard of many different ways to "cop out" and cheat a drug test, but believe me the techniques they have these days pretty much rule them out.....I'd definitely go "clean" of anything days before your physical and remember most places can ask for a random drug test at any given time, with no prior notice.

A drug test is more than likely in the future for you. I take an herb called Golden Seal whenever I feel a cold coming on. There is a liquid as well as a capsule form. The liquid is applied with a dropper under you tonque. Has a taste that takes a little to get used to. I was in a small vitiman shop once that was sold out. The clerk told me people take in to clean out prior ot taking a drug test & they run our quir frequently. I don't know if it works or not as I don't use drugs. But I do know it is good for moving colds out of my system quickly. Try it in the event you are a casual smoker. And if you are, you might consider quiting. There is a lot of good material available of meditation & meditiative which is probably better anyway.

Yes. I have never seen a hospital not do drug testing. In fact, many of them do random drug testing.

Write a list of everything you have been taking in the last 60 days...if anything is prescription, bring it with you...that will save you a step later. That also includes over-the-counter medications.

It almost sounds like you are concerned, and that isn't good if they are doing this post-employment. Just remember, each drug has a threshold that it must test for before they report it as a fail. So if you gorged yourself on poppy-seed muffins, you need not worry.

PS: Alcohol is a legal substance and as long as it is trace amounts you are fine. Your own body produces a certain amount of it's own alcohol every day naturally.

either way

learn your lesson from the possibility and stop smokin weed
