six packs are achieved by removing as much body fat off of your stomach. to do this, you must involve yourself in cardio exercises (such as jogging, sprinting, walking, jump roping, etc). you also need to clean up your diet. once you have started to slim down, you will notice that even if you don't do much of ab exercises, there will be a six pack there. but, if you still want to get bigger ones, start working them out like all other muscles. here is a link to a few ab exercises. good luck, run hard, eat well, and enjoy your body.

You don't need anything else...you will develop as you get older..you can't rush these things..besides, they took a survey and most girls preferred boys without all that muscle. They look at the ones with six packs...they date normal boys. Usually boys who are so concerned with their body, are too vain to care about anyone else but themselves. Girls instinctively know this. Exercise your brain, it is what will do you more good right now.

do you have a layer of fat on your belly?
you can see a six pack only if that layer is very, very little - if you have low body fat percentage which you achieve with healthy diet and cardio.
if you do have a low body fat percentage...
you dont need to do sit ups every day - 2-3 days a week is more than enough, do 15-25reps 2-3 sets. dont do them all at once.

You need to do more then that. Your abs have to be tired after the work-out, you have to push yourself. Do start out by doing 100 and slowly increase to 400. I'm 12 and I do 300 sit-ups a day.

relies upon on different components like your eating habitual and the present state of your ab muscular tissues. i think of sit down united stateswould be an excellent initiate, yet sit down united statesdo not aim all the muscular tissues necessary for a six %. like the obliques. you will in all probability could upload some stuff to aim those.

Its just your body type; I know lots of guys who don't have a "six pack" and thats okay. Don't be too hard on yourself.
