hey that is a pretty cool website. eat healthy meaning dont eat foods high in fat. play sports that will keep the weight off. if you dont want to play sports right now because you are to over weight. start with crunches,jumping rop, even ask your friends if they want to do some thing fun like go for a walk or swimming or what ever! also losing weight wont stunt your growth but if you lift weights there is a slite chance !! hope i helped

specific exercises wont help you lose any fat - all they do is build muscle and will make those areas appear bigger.
you cant spot reduce body fat naturally.
all you need to do is cardio which is the only fat burning exercise- running, jogging, hiking, cycling, elliptical, swimming etc - do them 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.
and follow healthy diet - fresh, unprocessed foods, small meals every 2-3 hours (thats 5-6 small meals a day)
