When im asleep, i would have a bad dream and then i would suddenly wake up in the middle of the night and my whole body would be numb and i couldnt move it and there would be ringing in my ears. This lasts for like a few seconds. My mom says she gets this alot too, and she says its about low blood pressure and sometimes the blood circulation crashes a little, is this true?

I've heard of this before. Apparently it's fairly common, so I wouldn't worry about it. If you still worry about it though, you could see a doctor and have your circulatory system checked to make sure your blood pressure is not dropping to unsafe levels. A sleep clinic might also be able to help. A friend of mine has a more severe form of this in which the paralysis would last for up to several minutes so he sleeps with an oxygen tank. Apparently it helps.

it may be true. You should see a doctor. they can set you up with a sleep lab who can monitor you while you sleep.
