Many religions believe we are at end times. But since every religion took pieces from each others belief, who really knows?

Yes, the end of wickedness, NOT of the planet, or of all mankind.
The Bible's words:
Matthew 24:3-22
Mark 13:3-20
Luke 21:10,11 and also 25-31
2 Peter 3:1-5
The term end of the world does NOT mean the end of the planet, but of non-obedient mankind. Remember the examples given us in the Bible:
Noah's time. Only 8 people survived that judgment.
Lot's time. Only 3 survived that judgment.
Jesus said it would be the same in the last days of this wicked system. Matthew 24:37-42 says that people would not take note of the things God said was happening on the earth to prove that the time was short, and that they need to learn and apply what they've learned in order to be approved by him. John 4:23,24
He wants his followers to be clean and holy.
Romans 12:1,2.
Those who are obedient have a wonderful future in store for them.
Psalms 37:9-11,29
Isaiah 33:24 and Isaiah 35:5-7
John 17:3
2 Peter 3:13
Revelation 21:3-5

Every moment is an ending to time, and a beginning. The universe is like a flower, blooming and dying and then blooming again. Creation is great! And just think, you and I are necessary parts of the process!

The world's been going to end for the last 2000 years. I suspect it'll be around for a few billion more.

No. Nothing's happening yet that would point to any kind of apocalyptic scenario. In fact it's a lovely day to skip nude through sunflowers!
