Walmart..has a 'temp dental cement' for this purpose! Not sure about the cost of it though, sorry!

If its to expensive... TOOTHPASTE, works fine! Dry your tooth off really well, and dry off the inside of the crown really well.... place toothpaste or cement into crown, and place it back into position.

Get to your dentist, as soon as possible...So it doesnt come off again and you possibly swallowing it!

** If tooth structure HAS BROKE off inside the crown, most likely you'll need a new crown! IF NOT BROKEN off.... recementing the crown will only take 20 minutes tops....So go see your dentist!!!!

*** PLEASE, DO NOT use glues.... its a pain in the butt, to remove from the crown, once we get it! Glues can be toxic to the body!!

HELLO,
YES, THERE IS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO IF YOUR TEMP FALLS OUT.
YOU CAN EFFECTIVELY, ALTHOUGH TEMPORARILY, TO CEMENT YOUR CROWN USING A KIT AVAILABLE AT MOST DRUG STORES.
IT'S MADE FOR MAKING A TEMPORARY THAT HAS FALLEN OUT. JUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKAGE AND MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A SOUPY MIXTURE. PLACE A SMALL DROP OF THE MIXTURE IN THE CROWN AND PLACE THIS ON THE TOOTH. HOLD IN PLACE FOR 1 MINUTE.
THE DENTIST CAN EASILY REMOVE IT AND THEN PERMANENTLY CEMENT IT.

Don't use superglue like my dad does, it's toxic and can be absorbed by your body. I don't know about Epoxy Resins but I would check before you try that. Get the job done properly by the dentist.

There really is nothing, unless it can be placed back in and will stay unless jarred losse by something. It may also be an indication of another problem and should be checked out ASAP.
