The observance of the 7th day Sabbath....time in heaven will have no point in time as we know it....since God made the 7th day, blessed it and said to remember this day and keep it holy , perhaps we will enjoy a very special time of worship in addition to all that is waiting for us in heaven....

Don't think there's enough information on Heaven to answer this. But it is my understanding that everyday will be the day to honor and glorify God in worship; everyday will be a 'Sabbath.' And I'm not sure there will be days as in 24 hour periods. It will just be an existance for eternity. A length of 'time' that can't be explained in human terms.

Heaven would not have clocks and calenders. The Sabbath would exist in perpetuity.

I am Jewish and I believe it will be an eternal Sabbath. Sabbath means rest.

If you are referring to the Mass and the Eucharist(The Lamb's Supper), then yes! In revelation, the angels and saints worshipped God in heaven in the form of Mass, The Lamb's Supper!
