Schizophrenia is not multiple personality disorder. So yes schizophrenics can be alone.

in all probability not from listening to "voices" of their heads :O I actually have a chum who's brother is schizophrenic, notwithstanding that's relatively minor. He says that it is not that undesirable, yet on each and every occasion I comprise the help of, he oftentimes remains in his room. i individually sense undesirable for him :( yet, my chum says that that's purely like having a universal stressful brother and it makes me sense better :) - Karasu Kaguya chuffed Valentines Day and chuffed chinese language New twelve months!!!

It seems that you are confusing schizophrenia with multiple personality disorder. Nevertheless, the answer to your question is yes. People who suffer from schizophrenia can indeed be as alone as anyone else.

Only if they take their meds. When the silence and solitude gets to be too much, they go off the meds just to have someone to talk to, and they get in trouble again.
