Your not legally married to new guy...No changing your passport..

You can't. Your marriage is not legal until your first marriage is dissolved...at least in the US.

You will have to wait for the annulment from the first marriage, remarry the US citizen then speak with the embassy about immigration.

If you are a US citizen then you are guilty of bigamy and can be fined or sent to jail.

Next time check the laws before you get married to make sure its at least legal.

You can't go to the US. Your marriage is not valid. When your husband files a petition for you the US embassy in the Philippines will investigate your status and find the existing marriage at the National Statistics Office.

Since you're living in Hong Kong (domestic helper I assume) you should investigate the possibility of obtaining a divorce there. Contact an experienced divorce attorney in Hong Kong for advice on how to proceed.

Um...yikes. How did you get married again if you are already married? I don't think your marriage is official then. This sounds like a legal matter and could get messy. I would seek some legal advice before trying to exit the country.

Good luck!

You can't. Nice try on the green card though.

Get in touch with an immigration lawyer and get this all sorted out. It's wrong on so many levels, I wouldn't know where to start.

I don't think your new marriage is legal. It is not legal for a U.S. citizen to marry someone who is already married. I don't think you can legally change your passport.

Interesting situation you've found yourself in.

I'd get in touch with the US consulate there. Or just travel under your passport name.

I would tread VERY carefully as you could be arrested on charges of bigamy.
Seek legal counsel at once.
