He still does have a plan "B" and Noah's ark didn't have to capsize.

God's plan to rid the earth of sin will come into effect after the second coming of Jesus, when he burns the earth with fire purifying it and getting it ready for the New Heaven to come down and rest on the site of the New Jerusalem.

God doesnt ever need to have "Plan Bs"! He is all powerful and almighty......for his ways are perfect! He is perfect and no less! Read a Bible...
He did this to show his power and b/c all of the sin on the earth, it mad Him sad so He flooded the earth.....Noah warned people and they didnt listen, thats their own ignorrance and their own faults

I think plan B was to make up the story altogether, after they became too lazy to build an ark that big and the rain season didn't bring any water anyway.

God does not need a plan B. What is your plan B?

Edit: God does not have to do anything. He did. This is His creation. We can learn from these stories.

Plan B would imply he didn't know what was going to happen. He did.
