I have OCD pretty badly and well, I was taking my mothers clothing out of the drier and i accidently touched a thong, Immeditely, I went and washed my hands, Twice with soap. Then after I got in the shower and I feel germs from my hand got on my penis in the shower and I feel guilt, because i flexed my penis because of being aroused. I feel like I cheated on my girlfriend, I didnt touch my penis or anything in the shower but i feel severe guilt, I dont want incest or anything. :(

Freud would have a field day with this one. When you washed your hands, the germs were gone. Soap causes your skin to have a slippery surface that cause germs to slough off. Nobody here can ever convince you to not be aroused by the the hand that touched your mothers underwear or the germs that you perceive as having reached your penis. Even years of therapy rarely work to cure a person of what they perceive as sexual issues.

Don't worry the laundry was clean, your hands where clean, and the hot water from the shower would kill any of these germs anyway. You have nothing to worry about.

That would be obsessive thinking and making a mountain out of a molehill. You're family. We all see each other's underwear whether we want to or not. I bet your mom used to wash, dry, fold, and put yours away too. She probably changed your diaper and gave you a bath too. Hey, that was nice of you to do a chore for your Mom.
