That depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for people to talk to, either use http://www.Forumopolis.com or go to http://www.Invisionfree.com and go through the Directory.
If you're looking for games, http://www.candystand.com and http://www.newgrounds.com always have fun stuff. Or one of these browser-based games.
Pokémon Crater, http://www.pokemoncrater.com, somehow manages to preserve everything cool about Pokemon while getting rid of the dumb stuff.
Torn City, http://www.torncity.com, is a really interesting game about life in a city. I've often called it a Text-based GTA.
Jennifer Government: Nationstates, http://www.nationstates.net, is a fun game related to the rulership of your own country.
Neopets, while old, is still fun, and is still located at http://www.neopets.com .
If you're looking for videos to watch, YouTube is good, but you can also go to http://www.metacafe.com.
For music, http://www.pandora.com is free customizable internet radio based on the Music Genome Project.
If you're looking for more intellectual entertainment, go to http://www.fora.tv, and enjoy the fact that there are still smart people on the Internet.
Now, if you're into webcomics, I know a bunch:
http://www.Courting-disaster.com . You'll laugh your pants off.
http://www.evil-comic.com . Evil Inc., because you can do more evil if you do it legal
http://nuklearpower.com . Home of 8-Bit Theatre. If you know RPGs, especially Final Fantasy, you want to read this.
http://www.sinfest.net . Sinfest. You have to read it to understand it.
http://www.starslipcrisis.com . Starslip Crisis is a Sci-fi/Art History comedy strip that's really funny.
http://www.tsoalr.com . Turn Signals on a Land Raider. If you don't know Warhammer, don't bother.
http://www.uglyhill.com . Ugly Hill. A webcomic about funny monsters.
http://www.unshelved.com . Unshelved, by Overdue Media, is possibly the only webcomic based in a library. Working in a library, I assure that some of the situations come far, far too close to home.
http://www.userfriendly.org . UserFriendly, the Geek Webcomic. And if you scroll down, you'll find a Link of the Day there. You can even scour the LOTD archives.
http://www.dmoz.org, the Open Directory Project, will furnish you with anything you want, from video games to porn.
http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?s=e093b50ee3d6a1fafbde0ad4254eb256&t=264472 . This is the RPG.net forum thread for RPG Motivational Posters. You'll probably find them funny if you're a gamer.
http://www.bash.org, http://www.qdb.us, and http://www.pointsincase.com all are really fun quote databases. You can even submit your own quotes!
And if you're into images, Worth 1000, http://www.worth1000.com, has Photoshop contests and other things that are really fun! The Galleries are amazing, and the contests are stunning too.

Oh how could you be bored?!!! The amount of interesting stuff to read on the Internet is boundless! Think of one thing you're interested in or passionate about, enter it at Google and let it expand your interests. Read, read, read. (Games can get old pretty quickly).
