How do I cast a spinning reel?

Question

Only experience with spincast reels up to this point..Bought a baitcaster and a spinning reel this weekend...will start with the spinning reel becasue I understand the baitcaster will take more practice

This link may help ya', it's a good overall site and gives fundamentals plus more on fishin'. Yep, a level-wind (baitcaster) takes a little time, but once ya' got it you'll see the advantages over spin-cast and spinnin' reels, keep in mind though each type reel, has it's own place in fishing.
