sure and while your at it don't forget to to hand the guy with palsy some milk and ice cream and ask him to make you a shake, or the kid with the bad acne if you can play connect the dots on their face oh, yeah, make sure you call the amputee Stumpy - they really love that and get such a huge kick out of it.

I think it depends. Not all fat ppl wanna be fat, maybe their parents fed them too much, maybe they have health problems (like asthma and hypertension) that prevents them from exercising and losing weight. If they have a choice, they would want to be slim and pretty like 90% of the population too.
Yes, they would sit on you, but not on purpose though.
The only type of fat people that is unacceptable are those who choose to become fat by way in undisciplined eating and laziness. Discriminate those fatties! They take up too much bloody space and oxygen!
