Paying Taxes?

I live in CT. If i were to win 10 million dollers this year. How much would i have left after paying state and federal taxes.

The Feds would take a hair under $3.5 million and CT would take just under $0.5 million. You'd have a hair over $6 million. That's if you're Single and have no dependents. If you're married filing jointly and/or have any dependents you'd get a tiny bit more for yourself.
