Hi My husband is in Iraq and needs lots of batteries for flash lights and stuff. But the ones I send from the dollar store only last about a day so I need to do better. But when I went to look at them there were alkaline, e2 and some other ones I cant remember. They had energizer and duracel and ra vac. I have no I dea witch ones will be the best and last the longest. Please help. Thanks

Duracell Industrial or Lithium.
Energizer would be my next choice.
Walgreen's Alkaline are a decent battery when on sale.

You get what you pay for. Personally, if they aren't rechargeable batteries, I wouldn't pay a dime for them.

Well since I watch a lot of TV. They say that Duracell is what paramedics use to keep a patient stable in an ambulance and what not. Whether or not that is true....I don't really know but that's what the commercial says. I suggest you ask people who depend on batteries for their jobs, like a paramedic.
