Do I use sunscreen? how much SPF?
How long to I spend on each side?
I am moderately tan and don't burn easily.

Lather up with like 15SPF sunscreen because you said you dont burn easily. Lay on each side for 20 minutes then flip over. Lay on each side about 3 times and repeat for a few days.

go to a naturist resort in your area...you can be naked and tan openly.....

Watch out for sun blockers how ever they usually have carcinogens in them that can cause cancer....also the blocking of the ultraviolet sun rays blocks the absorption of vitamin D which also reduces the chance for many cancers. Be sure to read the new reports on this...sun blockers are dangerous for your health! Don't believe all the hype you hear about them...it is not not the truth! It is better to limit your time in the sun than to use a sunblocker.

protect your privates so you do not lose work.
burns there can hurt for a few days.
