Réveillez-vous!

Se réveiller is the infinitive form = to wake up oneself, literally. It's a reflexive verb, hence why you need réveillez-VOUS (wake yourselves up!)

réveillez is the conjugated verb in the second person plural, but it should be: vous VOUS réveillez - again in accordance with the reflexive form.

Hope this clears it for you.

To a crowd of people, "Réveillez-vous," because it's a reflexive verb, like "Asseyez-vous" - sit down; "Levez-vous" - stand up.

Imperatif is used to offer orders or instructions. on your exemple with "tu" it incredibly is going to likely be : Traverses Prends Montes With "nous" (rather uncommon to offer orders to human beings which contain your self ;) Traversons Prenons Montons WIth "vous" Traversez Prenez Montez
