there is also a cool little application you can download (free) called PrimoPDF. It installs itself like a printer, then you go to print the picture or document like you normally would, but instead of selecting your actual printer, you choose PrimoPDF instead and it makes a PDF file. This will work with any program that allows you to print.

Open Office will let you export any printable document as a PDF file. It's built into the system.

You can import the scan or multiple scans, place them as you want them to appear on the page, and just export to PDF.

Open Office is a free replacement application suite for Microsoft Office. It costs nothing, and you can find it at (where else?): openoffice.org

google lovable pdf author.. its like a digital printer, besides the undeniable fact that it basically prints to PDF record.. its unfastened and awsome... fairly as quickly as thats put in.. something you are able to print u can turn that for the duration of to PDF, via finding out on the lovable PDF wirter printer from the printer decision.

(the first one is printer, second one is converter)
you need to download printer....

Install it.

Scan the document, open it in an image editing software,
CLICK PRINT from the file menu, select the PDF printer and PRINT.

OmniPage Pro, by Xerox has that feature and it's the only OCR software I'm aware of that has .PDF file format besides, text only (.txt), rich text and so on.

it s under setting..in the hp director if provided...also....scan a document as a document not as a piccture
