Which is better for you, granary bread or wholemeal? I imagine wholmeal is, because I eat granary as it tastes much nicer. Hopefully they are both as good as each other.

they are both equally as good as each other.
I prefer the taste of granary but have a couple of cavities it gets stuck in and gives me tooth ache so i have to opt for wholemeal

Granary is my choice also i think them bits in the bread make granary abit more healthier.I have bn eating brown bread forever but white toast is the best and french stick is scrummy.From the bread raincoat.

Think their nutritional value etc is probably as good as each other. I suppose with everything it depends on different brands and what ingredients they use for example.
