Making eye contact is rude in Asian countries.
Shaking hands is kinda like a global thing these days.
In Japan it is advisable to slurp and burp your food loudly to show that it tastes good. And always ask for second rounds if it's good.
Language of Asians are somewhat less refined since we have decided to simplify alot of things. We are not going to say 'charmed' while shaking your hand.

In the States it is considered good manners to eat everything on your plate and ask for a second helping(a cook's compliment),in China this is considered very rude because you are telling the host that they are being cheap with the food.

In Germany it is considered good manners to burp after finishing your meal(cook's compliment), in America this is considered rude.

In Japan, it's an insult to tip your waitress. Also, in Europe, the waitress' tip is included in the bill (just like tax is here). Therefore, lots of Europeans do not tip. When they come to America they don't know this. They often don't tip the waitress b/c of this. They don't realize they are being rude.

In Portugal I hear that it is rude to finish eating your dinner before everyone else - you are meant to pace yourself, watch how fast (or slow) others are eating and all finish at the same time!

Orientals give you a business card, you'd better examine it and review the information infront of the person. They think it is an insult if you accept and put in your pocket.

in my country, it's okay to spit everywhere, in front of you, behind you, near you. but in usa, people look at you funny when you do that. especially when you do it really loud.

Your question is far too broad, since we're talking the whole world here. Please be more specific. I can go on for hours based on what you have asked.
