Evolution functions by the survival of the fittest. It would have been impossible for God to use evolution to create the world (prior to the fall of man) because there was no death in the world.

God created a perfect world without death and pain. Evolution (if it exists) would have come into play only after we were kicked out of the Garden and ramped up after the Great Flood.

Good point. Well raised.

Edit : They are refusing to follow your simple reasoning which is valid and correct.

They are too clever by half for themselves and not careful by half to read your question properly.

Evolution is a function of living populations - and not using a inhabitants there could be no transformations to the gene pool, and subsequently no evolution. subsequently evolution can in straightforward terms initiate, and can in straightforward terms clarify existence's variety after the corporate of a minimum of one inhabitants fortunate adequate to outlive a minimum of a few generations. technology isn't considered with the help of materialism, extremely that's naturalism - all issues have a organic reason - 2,500 years in the past Thales shown that the supernatural is mythology.

God can use any process God wants to create the universe as we know it today. Death has been part of our world since sin entered it. Things must die, things must also adapt or die sooner. Survival of the fittest just means that the fit live longer to procreate....why wouldn't God use something like that to get all the diverse species that exist on earth?

No. Survivial of the fittest fuctions by survivial of the fittest (and it's fittest to breed, not live, observe the male peacock)

Evolution is the change in allelle frequency in a population over time. Any evolution question that uses a definition of evolution significantly dissimilar to this definition isn't about evolution.

Your question is flawed both because you don't understand evolution AND you don't understand survivial of the fittest. (Here's a clue....if you father 5 kids, and your neighbor fathers 50, he's fitter in a selective model.)

Teach The Debate!

God obviously could do anything he wanted to because God follows no rules of logic, physics or even simple common sense.

Evolution existed before people did because people weren't alive during the Ice Age (as far as I know)

Honestly, I don't think God created life. I believe "he/she" sustains it. My views of God are not very popular. I hope I don't offend. God is just energy in different forms.

Animals lived and died and evolved for millions of years before Adam and Eve existed. You think the dinosaurs went extinct because of the sins of men? Or that the plant eaters consumed by Tyrannosaurus died because of human failing? Or that trilobites went extinct millions of years before dinosaurs appeared because of something mankind did?

Evolution wasn't used by God to "create the world", but simply to allow for the ongoing population of the world with new species once it was created.

Evolution wasn't used to create the world. The only thing that theory describes is how life evolved after its origin. It does not deal with the origin of life, or the origin of the earth or universe
