Wansu, Pinan nidan & Anaku are in several of the Okinawan based systems. All of the Shorin-ryu lineage systems seem to have these.

They are all karate kata, except that in our style pinan nidan is the first kata learnt (for 7th kyu):

Anaku Kata (A Swallow on the beach Pivoting Form)

A reflection of self and the desire to rise above ideals and discipline oneself by good thoughts words and deeds.

Creator unknown. It is believed to have been recomposed by Master Chotoku Kyan in Okinawa around 1895. There are 33 movements and 8 attacks.

Wunsu Kata (Strong Arm - Dragon Boy Dumping Form)

I bring no evil and bear no weapons.

Creator unknown. It is believed Wunsu kata was composed by Okinawan martial artists as a tribute to the Chinese emissary Suppushi Wanshu who was in Okinawa around 1685. There are 38 movements and 11 attacks.

It sounds like what you are trying to spell are Quong Su, Pinan Nidan, and Anoku which are three traditional katas in many of the Okinawan/Japanese systems. Almost any of the traditional "ryu" styles like Shito-ryu, Shorin-ryu, Mutsabashi-ryu include these katas for training and testing.

Since you are calling them Kata, I assume you are refering to a Japanese or Okinawan style. If you do a lot of kicking, it's more likely Japanese & Karate. Beyond that, I don't know.
