There is this guy I like. We don't hang out or anything, but I seem him in the halls. He seems like a really nice guy. I don't think he knows who I am, but here are my two questions:
1. How do I get to know him more/ how do you get him to notice you?
2. Is it okay for me to ask him out?

yes, you have no idea how attractive it is for a girl to approach a guy. most girls don't get that part, and will actually miss out on guys that they find super attractive but didn't approach. they usually say "well he didn't approach me so it wasnt meant to be", and thats why they lose and have to settle for less some times.
to get to know him, you'll have to do a lil stalking. find out places where he hangs out. go kick it there and make eye contact from time to time. make reasons for him to talk to you, like dropping things near him (old tricks still work the best). take it slow and easy.

it's so obviously O.K for a lady to make the primary transfer, a few men truthfully discover it lovely, after which a few do not however believe me if you already know the man and he is aware of then you he wil REALLY discover it lovely so that you can ask him out.

Of coarse my friend....let him know you are interested..."flirt a little" and from there..start out as friends....believe me you have to be friends first with any relationship. You sound young...I am not sure?? You have your whole life ahead of you...so enjoy life to the fullest and go with your gut feeling...be happy..ok??
