Learn to say "no" and don't feel guilty about it.

Are you worried that they won't like you?
Why would you worry about that? They only see you as an opportunity to have something done for them! You are not a person to them, you are a thing to be used and discarded when the next "mark" comes along.
Say, "No!" Practise it in the mirror. Say it out loud. Ask a favour of yourself and then reply, something like, "No, I can't." or "No, I don't think so!"
Remember, even if they ask why, you do not owe them an explanation. It gets easier with practice.

yea, if you dont need them and theyr constantly demanding things of you they are most likely using you as a doormat, so pick yourself up, if theyr a friend, theyr not a good one and im sure you can find better ones. telling them off isnt gonna solve anything, just leave and dont do any of their favors anymore

You are probably too polite to hurt people's feelings. You need to be assertive and say I have some work to do. I used to be complying to people's asking me to do favours, and now when they ask me to, I say ***If I can find time and opportunity to help you, then I would.***

I've known such people in my family and my life. The only thing to do is just to keep saying NO, I can't do it, it's not convenient, it's not possible. BEst of all, keep away from them.

POINT TO PONDER:

People will use you only if you let them.

How you deal with the situation depends on many factors which your question does not address. Good Luck!

Don't do them any more favors.

Don't "tell them off" tell them "no".
