Urologists deal with issues related to the male genitourinary system. They also deal with female urinary problems, and there is some overlap with gynecologists in this area.

If this kind existed, it will be called 'andrology' but it surely would not. Males do not get pregnant and thus have too few distinct problems that can't be dealt with at a urologist or dermatologist. The best approximation would be the urologist who most of the time has more male than feminine sufferers if handiest since ladies tend to move to their gynaecologist with urological issues.

anoldmick and Pangolin are right... the correct term is "urologist", not "andrologist". Andrologist may appear in wikipedia, but I have never ever ever heard this word in the world of medicine. Perhaps andrologist is a British English term? No one in America uses it.
In addition, it depends on the type of male problem that's being had. If it's a hormonal issue, then an endocrinologist might be more useful than the urologist. But in general, the urologists are the specialists in the urinary/male reproductive tracts, and they're the ones to go to. In any case, I haven't heard anyone refer to themselves as an "andrologist".
It's like "proctologist"- you see this commonly in pop culture, but in fact in medicine no one calls themselves this. The jobs performed by the "proctologist" are actually done by a colorectal surgeon

"male problems" is a bit broad.
urologists (MD) specialize more with the specific urogenital (biological) functions, while psychiatrists (MD) or psychologists (PhD) who specialize in male psychological problems/disorders (e.g. hypoactive sexual desire, gender identity, premature ejaculation, etc.) could also help, depending on the subject
