There are many great philosophical thoughts found within Buddhism and exploration of this sect edifies the mind and strengthens the soul. Go buy some books about it to discover more.

I would tell them to find a Buddhist to talk to. I don't know much about that religion, so I really couldn't be of any help. But more power to 'em!!!!

and tell him or her lots of stuff
and answer questions
talk about how much i enjoyed learning about it
or maybe i would just do something spontaneous
and that would be more zen

i would ask them how they think a man who weighs over 300 pounds could ever teach about self discipline ha ha.

no on a more serious note,, it is a man made religion, and there is no beleife in a true god.

it is false.

here is what C.S Lewis says, (quite fitting here i think)...
